  • Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Butter a small-medium casserole dish.
  • In a medium size frypan, saute cabbage, carrot and onions in butter until crisp-tender.
  • Transfer mixture to buttered baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine half and half with eggs, cheeses, seasoned salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the veggies.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Delicious!

  4. This is very good! Followed the recipe exactly and was very pleased with the result. My husband really enjoyed it, he wants me to make fried pancakes out of some today and serve with sour cream. For dinner I served this with a pork loin roast. Thank's for yet another winning recipe Kittencal!
     
  5. Made this for my Czech in-laws. It was actually the highlight of the meal I served. I had to give the recipe and send some home with them! The cheese is what makes this dish so great.
