Wow! I truly enjoy rice to begin with (yes, I like all those packaged rice mixes), so I was really excited to make this. I was not disappointed. My only complaint, and it's my own fault, I used sodium free chicken bouillon, so the rice needed some salt. I think this would be absolutely fabulous with some dehydrated vegetables in it. Honestly, though, for me, it was absolutely fabulous just like this. I didn't store the mix; just made the rice straight away, but I am definitely going to be storing this mix for future uses. I served this rice with smoked turkey drumsticks and 24K Carrots #152441. Thanks for posting! :)people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... I made this for Spring PAC '07. This was a very nice side dish and something I would make again. I thought it was good but I would like to add a little less onion powder, more garlic and a little more cheese next time. But that is a personal preference... I just love garlic!
