- 1 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 (5 ounce) cans ham, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Mix butter and creme cheese.
- Mix all other ingredients until smooth.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- serve with crackers.
