  4. My 6 year old son is usually extremely picky about his potatoes.. He'll eat mashed potatoes and french fries EVERY DAY if given the opportunity, but when I've tried putting other potatoes in front of him he pushed them away every time.. I upped the garlic in this recipe and urged him to try one and let me tell you, he went back for THIRDS! I'm actually about to start making them right now, I am going to roast them this time because they seemed to take FOREVER in my microwave (perhaps because I doubled the recipe). But YUM YUM YUM!!!

  5. Simple and delicious! I cooked my potatoes for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, and they came out perfectly. Thanks for sharing this quick and easy recipe!
