    I've tried many baked oatmeals, most dry and not so perfect. This is the absolute best in my opinion. This can be doubled easily, just bake for 35-40 minutes.

    Directions:

      In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 9-inch-square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with milk.

      We loved this baked oatmeal. It is a nice change from a plain bowl of oatmeal. I used old-fashioned oats instead of quick-cooking, and I threw in a handful of chopped walnuts...yummy! Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe. **Made for Spring 2014 PAC**

      This is a great baked oatmeal! Nice texture and not overly sweet. I made this in 3 individual ramekins, baking for about 20 minutes. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for My-3-Chefs 2012
