I live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country between Austin and San Antonio. I have a wonderful husband, 3 grown and married girls, 2 grandsons, one granddaughter and another grandson coming Feb. 12th. I also have the only true loyal "child" still living with me....Daisy, our old, fat, loveable yellow Lab.
I have a small business that I run only 6 months out of every year, 6 days a week, 9 hour per day. So, I only have time to cook the other 6 months of the year!!!
I love to cook and only recently have I started baking. Now, my new passion is baking. However, we are constantly watching our weight, so, whatever I bake gets tasted by my husband and I and the rest goes to work with him. His employees love me.....most of the time.
Looking forward to exploring this site and submitting recipes. Be assured that any recipe I submit will be a tried and true recipe.
