Cook 30 mins
- Melt butter in a 12 inch skillet.
- Add potatoes and stir.
- Salt and pepper generously.
- Cover and cook on low, shaking pan occasionally until potatoes are tender. (30 minutes or so).
- Put on serving dish and serve -- .

Delicious! I normally do mine in water and add the butter at the end. But this way the butter seeps into the potato. Loved this, and it will be a repeat. Thanks for sharing! Made for PRMR tag.
Very nice and easy way to make potatoes. I did add a couple cloves of garlic and some onion for added flavor. They went very well with the pork tenderloin and green beans we had for dinner. I plan on making them regularly. (2)
