Butterscotch Truffle Martini

"This is a decadent martini that uses some of my favorite liqueurs. Excellent dessert."

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 2 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
• 1 dash Creme de Cacao

directions

1. Blend with ice in a martini shaker.
2. Serve in a chilled glass.

I used Absolut vodka and dark Creme de Cacao. The dark liqueur gave the drink a pale butterscotch color. Smooth butterscotch taste without being too sweet. I'm going to go fix another one!

We enjoyed this tonight, makes a very lightly butterscotch flavored drink with just a hint of chocolate. My DH and I both felt the taste got better as the drink warmed. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.
