- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2⁄3 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup light cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Combine the sugar, corn syrup and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes and stir in the cream and vanilla. Cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator.
