This was posted on Eggface's website. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping.
- 8 ounces water or 4 ounces soymilk and 4oz water
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
- 1 tablespoon sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 ice cubes
- Put water in blender first add protein powder then add remaining ingredients.
- Blend on low, then high till blended.
