Butterscotch Pie

  • In a medium saucepan combine milk and sugar over medium-high and heat, and heat .
  • In a small bowl, combine 3 egg yolks, salt and flour, and combine until smooth. Add to the heated milk.
  • Whisk over medium heat until until thickened. Remove from heat. Add a piece of butter and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
  • Pour into 2x 9-inch baked pie shells. This can also be used in a 9x13 pan with a graham wafer crust to make butterscotch squares. Sprinkle with Skor bit pieces.
  • Whipped cream is better than meringue for topping.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
