Butterscotch Lunchbox Cake

as the title suggests, it may be a good cake for children's lunch.

Ingredients:

Serves: 12-16

Yield: 1.0 cake

• 2 cups milk
• 1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1 (10 -11 ounce) packahe butterscotch chips
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:

1. in a large saucepan, combine milk and pudding mix.
2. bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. remove from the heat.
4. stir in the cake mix.( batter will be lumpy).
5. pour into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
6. sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts.
7. bake at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
8. cool cake on a wire rack.
