Used this in a butterscotch pie for my butterscotch fiend, Dh. He says twenty stars. It's a bit thin for a pie filling and I'll use a couple more T flour or cornstarch next time. As written, it's perfect pudding consistency. I can take or leave butterscotch and this was really good, not overly sweet and not too oily. I loved the fact that it has a limited list of ingredients and it's quick and easy to make.
