These cookies are SO GOOD! It's unbelievable how fast and easy they are to make. We all loved them!

These cookies were a hit with my family. Even my boy who swears he hates butterscotch is begging me to make more! I am however, going to bake them at a little higher temp for a little longer because they ran a little flat. This recipe is still great and the variations could be endless simple by changing the cake mix or the chips. O.k I just made my 3rd batch and I know why they would run a little flat. It was the brand. I switched from a store brand cake mix to a name brand and wow! they were pretty.

These had a really nice texture to them. They were a little sweet for me personally. Next time instead of butterscotch chips I may try semi sweet chipse to cut down the sweetness. They do get an A+ in my book for easy preparation. My 10 year old is learning how to cook and these were so simple she was able to make them completely on her own, she was so proud of herself!
