OMIGOD! This deserves a million stars! I sent it to my brother to make us all for Easter (he's the cheesecake maker) and it was inhaled! He didn't used the condensed milk, but he did add some of the caramel sauce and some mini Kraft caramels (whole) and whole butterscotch chips in it. He's made it again, with marscapone cheese and apparently it's even more decadent.
