My mom makes these every Christmas---we absolutely love to eat them.
- 1 package butterscotch chips
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 cups colored miniature marshmallows
- 12 graham crackers
- Melt the chips and the butter.
- Remove from heat and add egg, sugar and marshmallows.
- Line 8" pan with graham crackers.
- Pour mixture over and spread evenly.
- Chill well.
