This was even better than we could imagine! I had a 520g peice of butternut that I halved and roasted (not a pretty thing to stuff but tasted just fine. We both loved the mix of the sweet pumpkin, savoury meat mix and tat yoghurt sauce-it worked so well. This is simple beyond belief and will get made again soon.
