      Divine! The pesto gives a depth of flavour that lifts this soup to another dimension! That said, I hadn't any coriander so used oregano from the garden, and thought I had pumpkin seeds, only to discover they were sunflower seeds! Next time I'll have the correct ingredients! many thanks for a lovely recipe with clear instructions.

      Oh my god, that is so yummy! I used this for Halloween as I don't really like normal pumpkin soup and I will certainly be using it again next year.
