    Directions:

      1. Cut Butternut Squash into 4ths, and place in bowl of water under water cover and microwave. About 10 mins per two pieces.

      2. Place broth, cut onion, dash Thyme, dash Parsley, and garlic in pot bring to boil then lower to simmer.

      3. Add squash after softened in micowave.

      4. Simmer all together for about 10 min when the squash and everything is fully soft.

      5. Blend with hand blender or place in a blender to puree.
    6. 6
      6. Add salt, some pepper and a piece of bread and enjoy!
