- 118.32 ml chopped onions
- 59.16 ml butter
- 1419.54 ml baked peeled and cubed butternut squash
- 709.77 ml vegetable stock
- 4.92 ml thyme
- 2.46 ml sage
- 2.46 ml fresh ground black pepper
- 2.46 ml sea salt
- 2.46 ml cayenne pepper
- 236.59 ml sour cream
directions
- In large suacepan, saute onions butter until tender.
- Add squash, stock, seasonings and bring to boil.
- Turn heat to low. Cook 15 minutes.
- In blender, puree squash with sour cream. Do in batches if necessary.
- Return to saucepan and heat through.
