Simple and tasty. Goes great on a nice Salmon Nicoise Salad.
- 1⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions (white and green parts)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Chill until ready for use.
Simple and quick to make. This is a good topping for a salad. Made for PAC 2013 spring.
This dressing has a nice bright fresh flavor I really enjoyed. Made as written except for reducing the mustard a little. I might add a little garlic next time and it would adapt to the addition of fresh herbs really well, but is delicious as is! Made for PRMRT
