Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
"Salad dressing, like Hidden Valley Ranch, without all the preservatives, etc. Its fantastic over a Lettuce Wedge with bacon pieces, or dipping pizza, chicken fingers or french fries in. Spread on a sandwich too."

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup real mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Transfer to glass or ceramic bowl and refrigerate for 30 min while flavors blend or merry.

I love to experiment or just try anything different. I love taking one part of a recipe and tweaking it or just trying a something a little different. I used to work for a Tire Company, and the guys there were my guinea pigs to try different recipes with.
