My name is Joanne and I have been married for 49 years to my high school sweetheart, Roman. We live in Louisville, Oh just east of Canton which is home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We have two grown sons, one recently divorced and the younger son is getting married for the first time in Sept. 07. We have no granchildren which is very disappointing but there is still hope.
I found this site in Dec. O5 and I am addicted. I recently took part in the cookbook swap which was fun and now am signed up for Pick A Chef.
I love to cook and enjoy serving as hospitality chairman at our church. I plan and prepare all luncheons, banquets, wedding receptions, etc. Many women and men assist me with these affairs.
I also love traveling, gardening and visiting the elderly. I enjoy browsing through my collection of Jr. League cookbooks and watching the Food network. Before Christmas each year I bake about 25 varieties of cookies and deliver them to the elderly. A most rewarding experience.
