I love this dressing! I am the queen of cheapskates so I've been making my own. My mom gave me a cookbook that had this in it and I eat it all the time. I used a little under a cup of milk and mix 1 Tbsp melted butter in with it when I don't feel like going to get the buttermilk. Hope you enjoy!
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup Miracle Whip
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Mix ingredients until well blended; refrigerate.
We loved this! Easy to make. I grated the garlic clove into the dressing which gave every spoonful an enjoyable little garlic bite. A whisk made it easy to blend the ingredients nice 'n smooth. Made for PAC Fall 2008. Thanks for posting a wonderful recipe, Pesce Gurl!
