- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Mix together the flour, salt and baking soda.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg and melted butter.
- On a hot greased griddle, use about 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake.
