These are the best pancakes I've ever made. I had some buttermilk to use up so I gave this recipe a shot and I'm so glad I did. Very tasty and fluffy. Thanks Ev, this one's a keeper!

I made these for breakfast and they were really good. The pancakes were nice and thick - but still fluffy. My husband said that he could sit at the table and eat these all day. That's a major compliment coming from him. Thanks for the recipe!
