ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons oil
directions
- Mix ingredients.
- Pour batter on hot skillet.
- Enjoy!

These were good. I think they could use a little more sugar or something else for flavoring. Maybe some vanilla oor something like that. They were easy to make. Thanks for sharing your recipe Dakota. Made for PAC Spring "08. -
PAC Spring 2008 ~ What's not to like about pancakes? Easy to make and even easier to eat! Didn't have buttermilk (hard to find here) so made my own by adding 1 tablespoon vinegar to the milk.
