This makes a nice creamy dressing that can be used for potato salad, cabbage slaw or a simple green salad.
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons bottled horseradish sauce (I use white)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
