Directions

  1. Stir together corn and buttermilk and let sit 30 minute and drain.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients (except oil) in zip top bag.
  3. Add corn and shake.
  4. Pour 1" of oil in frying pan and preheat to 350°F.
  5. Fry in small batches for 2 minutes until golden.
  6. Drain on paper.
