      If I could give it more than five stars I would. I keep telling myself "but the cinnamon is supposed to help burn fat ...hehehee" yummy, rich and I think I need to go make some more!!! :)

      I like the textures of the bars. Mine didn't look like this photo. The recipe did not specify exactly what to do with the 2nd half of the dry/butter mixture. I ''assumed'' that it was to be mixed with the egg, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, buttermilk & vanilla...which I did. The photo looks like there is an intense layer of cinnamon mixture on the top, but mine did not have that. It is very sweet, so next time I would reduce the sugars by 1/4cup each. The people I work with, loved it though!

      I confess, I didn't expect such a delish.
      The crunchy and nutty bottom, the soft middle layer and the glaze make of the bars a delicate speciality. And it is sooo easy!
