You can also make Peanut Butter cookies with 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg & 1 tsp vanilla....voila. No butter and no flour. Your recipe sounds good though! I hope to try it soon.
I found this recipe because we didn't have any butter at the time, and it was a huge hit! The cookie "dough" was pretty dry at first, so we added about a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the mix, and that really helped. We also added 1 extra tsp of vanilla to ours to make the peanut butter less overpowering, but I'm sure that really just depends on your taste preference. Overall, these we super delicious, and I'll be using this recipe again! :)
This is my favorite cookie recipie!
Just made this. It needs something b/c it tastes too flour-ey. Maybe less flour and more sugar? They're a little bland.
This recipe was really quick and easy. But, I didn't like how it tasted. I added a little bit of cinnamon to bring out the sweetness. But still I think it was too salty and it kind of needs some work
this was awesome!! i had no butter at home had a major cookie craving though... i added some rice bubbles and i didnt have choc chips so i just used some kolidoes (tiny smartie chocolate things) turned out awesome!! :)
quick, easy, tasty.
These were remarkably good! I only had 1/2 cup of flour so I ground up some oatmeal and used 1/2 cup to match the cup your recipe called for. The taste is good, the cookie is chewy and moist. Excellent Job! Thanks
These cookies were a life saver!!! I need a bunch tomorrow for a class campaign media event and this recipe was yummy and quick :)
Thanks for saving me on the morning my daughter had to take cookies to school!
