TO MAKE MIX: Place coffee and nutmeg in processor. With motor running, add combined remaining ingredients. Stop motor; scrape sides. Process an additional 10 seconds. Store in refrigerator. 4. I used both extracts and followed Kitten's lead on brewing this by the pot. Friends enjoyed this so much I decided to add single-serving size envelopes in small gift bags to my cookie trays and coffee-lovers' baskets. I included the recipe, directions and storing instructions. Made for Photo Tag.
