Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe. Often the simplest ingredients make the best dishes. This is no exception. It was quick and easy to make with excellent results. I love how versatile this recipe is, I have made it twice already. It has gone into my keeper box. I added fresh cracked black pepper, finely ground sea salt, fresh parsley and Pecarino romano and used spagettini noodles. This was wonderful as a side, and also served with Country Beef Patties. Made for Name That Ingredient Tag Game.
Very good. Made as directed except to increase the cheese to about 4-5 tablespoons. Serve with Italian Baked Chicken#344558. Made for Zaar Alphabet Soup tag game.
One of my favorite side dishes! I like to add a lot of black pepper for a little spice. Thanks for posting!!
For years this was the only way my daughter would eat pasta. While the rest of the family ate pasta with red sauce, she would always request some be left aside for her to make this. Sometimes we add some fresh parsley. A kid pleaser to be sure. I would often cook a big batch of pasta early in the week and keep it in the refrigerator. My daughter would reheat it in the microwave with the butter and parmesan for a quickie.
This were good and very easy to make. I doulbed the recipe but more then doubled the cheese, I used about a cup of cheese. My boys really enjoyed them. This is a great, quick side dish that goes with almost anything.
Delicious noodles, and so easy to do, I used cheddar cheese because that's what i had in, I will try parmesan next time. Made these as a side to serve with chicken piccata, they went very well together. Thanks for posting , I will be making them again.
Made these today for lunch and they are soooooooo good! I added freshly cracked pepper and a few squirts from half a lemon. I had along with a grilled burger with a slice of raw onion. Loved it! Thanks for sharing this simple yet tasty dish!
Buttered noodles are always a quick, sure-thing side dish. I grew up on them. They are simple yet delicious. Mom used to brown the butter in a saucepan before pouring it over the noodles. The parmesan cheese is a nice touch. Thanx for sharing your version.
Good flavor, easy and quick. I doubled the recipe, but I found that the parmesan should have been less than doubled.
