This was good. I did need to add about 1 tablespoon half-and-half to help the cheese melt easier. I surved it with fried chicken. I will be making this again.

This is such a great little recipe for a side dish. DS said I really love these mom. I know they're not good for you with all that butter, but the taste is fabulous. I did take the adivce of a previous reviewer and brought the amount of butter down to 1/4 cup. Still more than enough. Thanks for a keeper Fluffy. Made for I Recommend~

Tried this last night. I think it could have used a little less butter. but other than that, it was really good. Great sidedish!!

So good and easy. I made exactly as stated. The garlic powder and salt n spice seasoning give the noodles a wonderful flavor. The monterey jack cheese is also a nice addition.

So simpe and delicious! I used rigatoni and shredded cheddar cheese and it came out perfect! I am sure you could use any cheese and pasta you like. I also used McCormick's Seasons All Seasoned Salt. Thank you for such a great side dish. I served this with Sirlion Tips with Mushrooms recipe (Sirloin Tips and Mushrooms)!

I just saw that my review didn't come through. I was pleasantly surprised to discover this, delicious, low sodium dish. I had it as is for lunch several times. A good, simple, recipe with easy to follow directions make this one a keeper. Thanks, Fluffy.

This was a great side dish to our dinner last night. I followed the recipe exactly and it was really good, just enough garlic for us and the cheese made it over the top. Thanks, we'll be having this often.
