  1. It's recipes like this that make Fall my favorite time of year. This was so good on a crisp, sunny November day. Made exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing! Made for tag game at kittencalskitchen.com.

  2. 5 stars without lemon (I just didn't try with because of another review) It needs to be strained as well and then you can enjoy it much more. I did not use nutmeg because of it's intoxicant properties (religious reason) so I added a less amount in allspice instead. I would make this again the same way. Made for Welcome to the Comfort Cafe - Snow Queens Round 01/10.

  3. I really enjoyed this drink...the spices go so great together with the apple juice. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the lemon taste in it and I love lemon juice...just didn't care for it in this. I will make this again, but try it without the lemon. Very easy and delicious on a chilly day and a nice change from coffee or tea.

I'm not as active here anymore, but you can find me playing at the new recipezazz.com. I'm not a great photographer, but I love to take food photos with Freddy Cat to bring a smile to people's day. I love to cook and share good food with other people. I have a very large collection of cookbooks. I used to enjoy being able to look up recipes on Zaar by ingredients I had on hand. I miss the Zaar tag game community. Everyone was so nice, and it was super fun. Ah, the good ol' days.
