ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (rum flavored)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup raisins

directions

1. Beat egg, butter and sugar.
2. Add vanilla and salt.
3. Beat well.
4. Then add raisins.
5. Bake in uncooked tart shells in 350°F oven until brown.
