This is so scrumptious over a plate of steaming hot pancakes or waffles!

This tastes like caramel! It's really yummy. It makes closer to four cups of syrup, not one (it starts with a 16 oz can of evap. milk and 2 cups sugar). I think it might need to be boiled longer...the syrup has a funny texture, it looks gritty yet tastes smooth, and still tastes great. Thanks!

  1. Combine milk, sugar,and butter in small pan, bring to a boil.
  2. Add vanilla, stir, serve warm.
  3. Aprox 4 cups.
