- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup capers
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (smoked sea salt sounds nice!)
- Melt the butter, stir in remaining ingredients.
- Remove from the stove, then pour on veggies, pasta, etc.
