The lemon really does come through on this chicken dish. I didn't have rosemary so left that out and I cut the recipe way down since it was just me and used 1 boneless chicken breast. I cooked it at 350 for 20 minutes. It was very good! Made for Fall PAC 2011.

  1. Place chicken in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in.x 2-in. baking pan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from the heat and pour over chicken.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours or until juices run clear, basting occasionally.
