Made these rolls yesterday for dinner. They are excellent! So easy too.I have tried dozens of roll recipes, this is one I will be making again and again! Thanks Laurita!
I just made these for the Thanksgiving holiday and they are everything everyone has said. I had forgotten about using my dusty old bread machine and had been stressing about how to do home-made rolls while preparing the rest of the dinner. This worked perfectly - easy, stress-free and wonderful texture and flavor - so soft. My only mistake was not using enough butter spray in the muffin tins so they stuck a bit. I had way too much dough - so I used half and wrap the other in plastic wrap and tin foil, stuck it in the frig and then the next day took it out, brought it to room temp and then just followed the shaping instructions, etc. They turned out just as good. Thank you!
Rather than use muffin cups I made 16 freeform shaped dinner rolls. The rolls are light, easy and delicious! I do not have an ABM so I used my stand mixer. My rolls took about 17 minutes as well. I will make these again thanks for sharing your recipe.
These rolls are terrific! Very light and fluffy and so easy to make. I made dinner rolls, putting two balls of dough in each muffin cup. I baked for 17 minutes and they were perfect. Thanks for posting this recipe! Made for Fall PAC 2008
Since trying this recipe I have made it many times. I make cloverleaf dinner rolls out of the dough and now they are requested at every family gathering. My kids can't get enough of them! TERRIFIC recipe.
What delicious little rolls! These are so soft and tender, a definate keeper! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe :)
