  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Pour Bisquick into a large bowl.
  • While still firm cut 1/4 cup (or half a stick) of butter, and set aside the remainder of stick, this will be melted later to top the biscuits.
  • Cut 1/4 cup of butter in small pieces and mix into Bisquick until coated.
  • Add milk and mix until dough is formed.
  • Dust surface with Bisquick and place dough on dusted surface and roll or pat dough to about a 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Use a cutter, or if you do not have one (like me) use a circular drinking glass to cut out biscuits from dough.
  • Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 9 minutes.
  • After removing from oven immediately top biscuits with melted butter from the remainder of the stick.
  • Enjoy.
