- Heat the beans in a small pan, drain.
- Add the yoghurt to the pan, heat very gently then add the cheese.
- Continue until cheese has melted.
Excellent combination of flavors! These were so good. I'll be using yogurt and cheese on my butter beans from now on.
I tried to make the sauce twice and it broke both times. I used broccoli instead and it came out nice.
