1. Terrific BBQ sauce! I made this just as directed (with a *generous* dash of Tabasco) and wouldn't change a thing. This sauce is not sweet at all, and the butter makes it rich and hearty. Really enjoyed this on boneless skinless chicken breasts, looking forward to trying on ribs - thanks for sharing the recipe!

 2. Great sauce that I made with pulled pork and pulled chicken
So so much better than store bought.
Will marinate chicken next!

 3. Great BBQ sauce and so easy to prepare. I cut the recipe in half and used it on a meatloaf recipe that called for a BBQ sauce glaze. I'm going to use this on a pork roast that I plan on putting in the smoker this week-end. Thanks, made for FOOTBALL POOL 2011 - Week 4.

 4. This sauce is great. The only problem I had was the butter kept separating, but I just kept shaking it up before applying. Used it on pork ribs, and it was excellent! Sorry for the squatty picture...zaar did something to it :)

 5. Very nice bbq sauce. The aroma coming from the grill had the neighbors jealous! We enjoyed this on grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts. Quite delicious! Personally, next time will add more heat with habanero sauce instead of Tabasco, but then, we love it hot! Thanks, Jim, for a great recipe! Made for football picks, week one 2009.
