  1. Ohmygosh! This is so wonderful. I love the crunch of the peanuts and the chocolate sauce is to die for. I made it a second time and used Hersheys Hot fudge as someone suggested and that was great too! I think next I'll make it with caramel fudge topping. Mmmmmmm

  2. I love this dessert and it's always a hit when I bring it to functions! An easy, quick tip: use a big jar of Hershey's Hot Fudge instead of making the topping from "scratch". Very quick and tastes awesome!

  3. It's Hubby's new birthday dessert request, used the recipe's sauce, Thanks

  4. My great aunt Mary Alice would make this every year at either Thanksgiving or Christmas. It is absolutely my all time favorite. I like to make it with Mrs. Richardson's hot fudge and Spanish peanuts.

  5. Extremely yummy!

I'm a 34 yr old dental hygienist working in a suburb of the Twin Cities. Graduated 12 years ago from the Univ of Minnesota and love my job!!! What can I say, I work with the best staff...we have a blast at work and always have a 3-day weekend...(NO Fridays!!) During those long weekends you can usually find me downhill skiing, biking, golfing, or cheering on my favorite MINNESOTA sports teams (the Wild, Gophers, and Twins) or meeting friends for dinner and drinks. My boyfriend & I enjoy traveling and have been fortunate to visit the following countries so far...Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Mexico, Jamaica, Canada, England, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, & Norway. My dream trip?? Downhill skiing at Whistler in BC!! (June 2007 update: We went skiing @ Whistler Blackcomb in Feb 2007 w/ 4 other friends....loved it!!!) My favorite recipes come from my Mom and my boyfriend's Mom...they both are great cooks. Since stumbling upon this site, RECIPEZAAR is my favorite cookbook!! I love all the suggestions and tips that people include on their reviews of recipes here.
