Burnt Broccoli

"Generally I do not like broccoli unless it is raw..... This recipe was given to me by my dear friend Karen (a domestic goddess in training) and I could it eat every day!"

  • Break up broccoli and place in a roasting pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in a 350- 400 degree oven until edges of broccoli start to turn black (about an hour).

  2. We generally like roasted veggies & this was no exception. We don't like charred though, taking this into consideration, I set the oven @ 350 & only roasted for 40 minutes. This cooked the broccoli til it was tender crisp but not burnt. Thanks, Dee
