mr picky loved these moist burgers ,cherry bombers
Given all the lean and extra lean meat available it is hard to get a juicy burger. This recipe did the trick perfectly!!! I'll be making them this way frequently. Thanks! Lesley (aka K9 Owned)
Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe LIG. The burgers were awesome. Moist, tender and juicy, just the way we like them. Served with a toasted bun, ketchup, mustard, sweet onion slices and old cheddar cheese. Made FYC Tag Game.
Loved this burger with a great taste. Thanks LIG for sharing. Made for ZWT8 - Family Picks.
Delicious burgers! Made just as directed and grilled over charcoal. Moist and tasty - thanks for sharing the recipe!
Nice Burger! I made as directed except I used 2 yolks instead of 3 and 1/2 t. kosher salt since I had 1.25 pounds of meat. Made for Ausie Swap #34. Thanks LIG.
I made this for my husband and he enjoyed it! I halved the recipe. Thank you! Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag.
My DH absolutely loves a burger, and will soon complain if it's not up to scratch..within a couple of bites he was singing its' praises and has raved about it ever since!! I think that means its a winner!!Thanks for posting. Made for PRMR.
I made these for lunch today and they are delicious!!! I saved enough meat to make one 6 oz. burger, but then 16 yo DS decided to was staying 1st for lunch then leaving, so it became two 3 oz burgers!!! My DS asked if I seasoned the meat, I just said yes with salt and pepper, he then said it tasted more like steak than a burger, lol!!! The neatest thing was seeing where the cold pat of butter had been, there was a hollow square the size of the butter pat!!!! Thanks for sharing LifeIsGood. Made for Holiday tag.
