  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 12 tablespoons coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

directions

  • Seed the chilis, or if you like it hot, leave the seeds.
  • Dice chilis.
  • add them to a small bowl
  • add spices and olive oil
  • Mix.
  • Top your burger.

  1. This is an incredibly flavorful topping. I used a banana pepper instead of the serrano because we're not really fond of serranos. I wasn't sure whether to use dried coriander or cilantro, so I put in some of both. It was really tasty. This could be used to perk up a lot of sandwiches, not just burgers. Thanks for posting! Made for Football Pool 2009.
