This came in our Energy Magazine Recipe by Camilla Williamson
- 3 3⁄4 lbs ground beef
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbles
- 4 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 ounce louisiana hot sauce
- all purpose Greek seasoning
- Mix first 5 ingredients together and shape into patties.
- Sprinkle with Greek seasoning and grill until done.
- Cook time depends on the size of your burgers.
