A long-time family favorite. This was a breakfast cake we always got to enjoy at my Nana's home :)
- 18 1⁄4 ounces lemon cake mix (1 box)
- 14 ounces instant lemon pudding (1 small box)
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice
- 4 eggs
- Mix all ingredients on medium/high speed for 5 minutes.
- Bake for 40-45 in greased bundt pan at 350 degrees.
This was moist and delicious! My dad and I love lemon cake and this tastes just as good or better than store-bought. Very easy to make. I made a little glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar and it just topped it off! Thanks for the great recipe.
