Here's a pretty good clone. Works well with pork and chicken.
- 1⁄2 cup onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 1⁄4 cups ketchup
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
Super sauce! Used it on buffalo patties, and wow! Made it as directed, but added a bit of molasses and a few drops of liquid smoke.
